How the trial, cancellation, refunds, and EU withdrawal rights work.

Consumer withdrawal
Where EU withdrawal rights apply to digital services, immediate delivery and express consent may waive the cooling-off period. Checkout copy must state this clearly once counsel approves wording.
Refunds
Engineering baseline: no automatic pro-rata refunds beyond Stripe / legal requirements. Support may issue goodwill refunds via Stripe. Tax invoices remain available through the Stripe customer portal / Stripe records.
