Service

Anvyll provides a Windows application and related cloud services that refine prompts using third-party AI models. Features may change. We may suspend accounts that abuse free grants, trials, or rate limits.

Accounts

You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans and pricing

Plan numbers are defined in product code (PLAN_CATALOG / plans), not restated here as authoritative:

• Free: one-time credit grant (1,000 credits) subject to device anti-abuse checks.
• Unlimited: €13.99 per month VAT-inclusive after a 14-day trial (see refund policy).

Billing is processed by Stripe. See billing documentation.

EU distance selling / digital content

Anvyll is a digital service delivered immediately after purchase or trial start. Under EU consumer rules for digital content/services supplied immediately, requesting immediate performance may affect the 14-day withdrawal right. The in-product trial and cancellation flows are described in the refund and cancellation policy. Counsel must finalize the statutory wording shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass metering, share accounts to defeat device grants, attack the service, or use Anvyll to process data unlawfully.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, the service is provided as available; AI outputs may be inaccurate.

Governing law

To be set by counsel (intended: Dutch / EU consumer-protective rules where mandatory).
